คาลลิสแตติน หรือ เซอร์ปิน เอ4 (อังกฤษ: Kallistatin หรือ SERPINA4) เป็นโปรตีนที่พบในมนุษย์ซึ่งถอดรหัสได้จากยีน SERPINA4 บน ออกฤทธิ์ผ่านการปิดกั้นกิจกรรม amidolytic และยับยั้งการทำงานของเอนไซม์คินิโนไคเนส (kininokinase) ของในเนื้อเยื่อของมนุษย์ ทำให้การก่อตัวของซึ่งเป็นสื่อกลางของการอักเสบถูกปิดกั้น จากการศึกษาในหลอดทดลอง (in vitro) พบว่าในเนื้อเยื่อของตับ กระเพาะอาหาร ตับอ่อน เอออร์ตา ไต อัณฑะ หลอดเลือดแดง หัวใจ ปอด และเซลล์ของท่อหน่วยไตส่วนต้น (Proximal tubule) จะมีการแสดงออกของคาลลิสแตติน มากกว่าเนื้อเยื่ออื่น ๆ
