แฟร์ดีน็อง มารี วีกงต์ [ไวเคานต์] เดอ แลแซ็ปส์ (ฝรั่งเศส: Ferdinand Marie, Vicomte de Lesseps; 19 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1805 - 7 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1894) เป็นหัวหน้าวิศวกรและนักการทูตชาวฝรั่งเศสผู้สร้างคลองสุเอซสำเร็จใน ค.ศ. 1869 เขานำความสำเร็จนี้ไปสร้างคลองปานามาในระดับน้ำทะเลในคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1880 แต่โครงการต้องถูกยกเลิกเนื่องจากโรคมาลาเรียและไข้เหลือง เช่นเดียวกันกับปัญหาการเงิน หลังจากนั้นสหรัฐนำโครงการนี้มาทำต่อ โดยแก้ปัญหาทางสุขภาพและเปลี่ยนรูปแบบเป็นเป็นคลองที่ไม่อยู่ในระดับน้ำทะเลกับ ซึ่งสร้างแล้วเสร็จใน ค.ศ. 1914
