ชูการ์ไกลเดอร์ หรือที่บางครั้งเรียกกันว่า จิงโจ้ร่อน (อังกฤษ: sugar glider, Australia sugar glider; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Petaurus breviceps) เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมขนาดเล็กชนิดหนึ่ง จัดเป็นสัตว์ที่อยู่ในชั้นฐานสัตว์มีกระเป๋าหน้าท้องจำพวก เนื่องจากในตัวเมียจะมีกระเป๋าหน้าท้อง ใช้สำหรับให้ลูกอ่อนอยู่อาศัยจนกว่าจะโตได้ที่
ชูการ์ไกลเดอร์มีลักษณะภายนอกคล้ายคลึงกับกระรอกบินมาก แต่เป็นสัตว์คนละอันดับกัน เนื่องจากกระรอกบินเป็นสัตว์ที่อยู่ในอันดับสัตว์ฟันแทะ
ชูการ์ไกลเดอร์เป็นสัตว์ที่ชอบอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูงตั้งแต่ 6-10 ตัวขึ้นไป และแต่ละฝูงจะมีการกำหนดอาณาเขตของตัวเองอย่างชัดเจน ซึ่งตัวผู้ที่เป็นจ่าฝูงจะมีการปล่อยกลิ่นเพื่อกำหนดอาณาเขตของตนเอง อายุโดยเฉลี่ย 10-15 ปี ตามธรรมชาติแล้ว ชูการ์ไกลเดอร์จะอาศัยอยู่บนต้นไม้ ดังนั้นจึงมีเล็บที่แหลมคมใช้เกาะเพื่อกระโดดข้ามจากต้นไม้ต้นหนึ่งไปยังอีกต้นหนึ่ง
ขนมีลักษณะนุ่มมาก บริเวณข้างลำตัวของมันจะมีพังผืด ซึ่งสามารถกางได้จากขาหน้าไปถึงขาหลังเพื่อลู่ลมเวลาร่อน เหมือนเช่นกระรอกบิน หรือบ่าง
เป็นสัตว์ที่หากินในเวลากลางคืน โดยอาหารหลัก คือ แมลง ส่วนผลไม้จะถือเป็นอาหารรอง เมื่อโตเต็มที่จะมีขนาดความยาวจากจมูกถึงปลายหางจะอยู่ที่ 11 นิ้ว
แพร่กระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่ปาปัวนิวกินี จนถึงออสเตรเลียทางซีกตะวันออก สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 7 ชนิดย่อย ๆ (ดูในตาราง)
ด้วยความน่ารัก ประกอบกับเป็นสัตว์ที่มีขนาดเล็ก และมีอุปนิสัยไม่ดุร้ายก้าวร้าว ทำให้ชูการ์ไกลเดอร์นิยมนำมาเลี้ยงกันเป็นสัตว์เลี้ยง ในปัจจุบันสามารถเพาะขยายพันธุ์ในที่เลี้ยงได้แล้ว
นิสัยของชูก้าร์ไกลเดอร์ จะเป็นสัตว์ติดเจ้าของ ขี้เล่น และเชื่องมากๆ หากใส่ใจและหมั่นเล่นกับมันบ่อยๆ
อาหารของชูก้าร์ ไกลเดอร์ คือ ผลไม้หวาน ๆ เช่น มะละกอสุก แตงโม มะม่วงสุก แอปเปิ้ล หนอนนก และตั๊กแตน แต่นอกจากแมลงแล้วอาจมีกินพวกน้ำหวานจากเกสรดอกไม้, น้ำผึ้ง หรือผลไม้รสหวาน
