10th Academy Awards

งานประกาศผลรางวัลออสการ์ ครั้งที่ 10 จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 10 มีนาคม ค.ศ. 1938 ที่ Biltmore Bowl, ลอสแอนเจลิส งานในครั้งนี้ต้องเลื่อนออกไปจากกำหนดการจริงถึง 1 สัปดาห์ เนื่องจากมีฝนตกหนัก

ในงานประกาศผล มีมิจฉาชีพอ้างตัวเป็นตัวแทนขึ้นรับรางวัลแทน Alice Brady เนื่องจากเธอไม่สามารถมาได้ จนปัจจุบันก็ยังไม่สามารถตามจับได้ ก่อนที่อเคเดมีจะสืบสวนเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นและทำถ้วยรางวัลชดเชยให้เธอ Alice Brady ก็เสียชีวิตไปแล้ว
