เส้นทางคมนาคมทางทะเล (อังกฤษ: Sea line of communication: SLOC) เป็นคำอธิบายเส้นทางเดินเรือหลักระหว่างท่าเรือ ที่ใช้เพื่อการค้า โลจิสติกส์ และกองกำลังทางเรือ โดยปกติจะใช้อ้างอิงถึงการปฏิบัติการทางเรือเพื่อทำให้แน่ใจว่าเส้นทางคมนาคมทางทะเลนั้นเปิดอยู่ หรือถูกปิดกั้นอยู่ในเวลาสงคราม
