เหงียน (เวียดนาม: Nguyễn หรือรูปย่อ Ng̃) เป็นนามสกุล ชาวเวียดนาม ถือเป็นนามสกุลที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุดในชาวเวียดนาม โดยมีการประมาณประชากรเวียดนามร้อยละ 30 ถึง 40 ใช้นามสกุลนี้

Nguyễn เป็นรูปทับศัพท์จากคำออกเสียงของอักษร 阮 ซึ่งเดิมทีใช้เขียนเรียกรัฐหนึ่งในมณฑลกานซู่ของจีน หรือเครื่องดนตรีจีนโบราณ อักษรจีนนี้เขียนเป็นรูปอักษรโรมันได้ว่า Ruǎn ในภาษาจีนกลาง และ Yuen ในภาษากวางตุ้ง

ประวัติศาสตร์
