เรือหลวงวิกตอรี (อังกฤษ: HMS Victory) เป็นเรือแนวเส้นประจัญบานหรือเรือรบเข้ากระบวนชั้นเอก ติดตั้งปืน 104 กระบอก ของราชนาวีอังกฤษ สั่งให้ต่อขึ้นเมื่อ ปี ค.ศ. 1758 วางกระดูกงูเรือในปี 1759 และปล่อยลงน้ำในปี 1765 เรือหลวงวิกตอรีเป็นที่รู้จักดีที่สุด ในฐานะเรือธงของลอร์ดเนลสัน ในยุทธนาวีที่ตราฟัลการ์ ปี ค.ศ. 1805 ซึ่งอังกฤษได้รับชัยชนะอย่างเด็ดขาดเหนือกองเรือรบฝรั่งเศส

นอกจากนี้ เรือหลวงวิกตอรี ยังเคยเป็นเรือธงของผู้บัญชาการรบทางทะเล ของราชนาวีอีกหลายท่าน ในระหว่างสงครามประกาศอิสรภาพอเมริกา คือ เป็นเรือธงของนายพลเรือเอก (Augustus Keppel) ใน (1778) เป็นเรือธงของจอมพลเรือ (RIchard Howe) ใน (1782) และเป็นเรือธงของจอมพลเรือ จอห์น เจวิส ใน (1797)
เรือหลวงวิกตอรี ถูกย้ายไปเก็บในอู่เรือแห้งที่พอร์ตมัท ในปี ค.ศ. 1922 และถูกรักษาไว้ในฐานะเรือพิพิธภัณฑ์ วิกตอเรีย ถูกแต่งตั้งให้เป็นเรือของ ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม ปี ค.ศ. ๒๐๑๒ และปัจจุบันเป็นเรือที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลกที่ยังอยู่ในประจำการ
