เหล่า ก๊าเหล่ง หรือ หลิว เจียหลิง ในสำเนียงจีนกลาง (จีนตัวเต็ม: 劉嘉玲, จีนตัวย่อ: 刘嘉玲, พินอิน: Liú Jiālíng, อังกฤษ: Carina Lau, Carina Lau Kar-ling) เป็นนักแสดงหญิงชาวฮ่องกงที่มีชื่อเสียง เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1965 ที่เมืองซูโจว มณฑลเจียงซู ประเทศจีน

หลิว เจียหลิงเป็นพี่สาวคนโตโดยมีน้องชายและน้องสาวอีกอย่างละหนึ่งคน ได้เดินทางเข้าสู่ฮ่องกงเมื่ออายุ 15 ปี จากการย้ายตามครอบครัวโดยพ่อเดินทางมาทำงานที่นี่ ซึ่งแรก ๆ เธอต้องฝึกเรียนภาษากวางตุ้ง จากที่เคยพูดแต่จีนกลางมาตลอด
เข้าสู่วงการบันเทิงด้วยการเป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนการแสดงของ TVB รุ่นที่ 12 โดยเธอมีความโดดเด่นเหนือกว่าเพื่อนร่วมชั้นคนอื่น ๆ จึงได้มีโอกาสแสดงครั้งแรกจากละครโทรทัศน์ชุด หรือ อุ้ยเสี่ยวป้อ ประกบคู่กับ เหลียง เฉาเหว่ย และหลิว เต๋อหัว ที่เป็นพระเอก และตามมาด้วย หรือ นักสู้ผู้พิทักษ์ ในปี ค.ศ. 1984 พร้อมกับมีชื่อเสียงขึ้นมา
ต่อมาจึงได้แสดงนำในภาพยนตร์แอ๊คชั่นหลายเรื่อง เช่น Project A Part II ในปี ค.ศ. 1986 และ Armour of God ในปี ค.ศ. 1987 คู่กับ เฉินหลง นักแสดงระดับซูเปอร์สตาร์ทั้งสองเรื่อง
ในส่วนของผลงานดราม่า ได้แก่ ร่วมกับนักแสดงชื่อดังของฮ่องกงหลายคน ในปี ค.ศ. 1991 จากการกำกับของหว่อง กาไว, ในปี ค.ศ. 1993, และ ในปี ค.ศ. 1994 เป็นต้น
ปัจจุบัน แม้หลิว เจียหลิงจะมีอายุมากขึ้น แต่เธอก็ยังคงรักษาสุขภาพร่างกายให้งดงามเสมอ จึงได้เป็นพรีเซ็นเตอร์ในโฆษณาผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทบำรุงผิวหรือรักษาความงามเสมอ ๆ
ด้านชีวิตส่วนตัว เมื่อปี ค.ศ. 2007 เธอตกเป็นข่าวฮือฮาเมื่อยอมรับอย่างตรงไปตรงมาว่าเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1990 ได้ถูกแก๊งยากูซ่าฉุดไปถ่ายรูปเปลือย ซึ่งในช่วงนั้นได้มีวิดีโอคลิปนี้ออกมา
เธอสมรสกับ เหลียง เฉาเหว่ย นักแสดงชายชื่อดังอีกราย หลังจากที่คบหาและร่วมงานกันมากว่า 19 ปี ในกลางปี ค.ศ. 2008 ที่ประเทศภูฏาน ซึ่งทั้งคู่ได้เดินทางมาสู่ประเทศไทยด้วยกันก่อนหน้านั้นด้วย
แต่ต่อมาในกลางปี ค.ศ. 2011 ก็ปรากฏภาพถ่ายของเธอกับนักแสดงรุ่นหลัง คือ เฉิน กวานซี ที่มีข่าวอื้อฉาวทำนองนี้ก่อนหน้านี้มาแล้วด้วย พร้อมกับยอมรับว่าชีวิตสมรสของเธอกับเหลียง เฉาเหว่ย กว่า 2 ปีนั้นเริ่มมีปัญหา
ผลงานในระยะหลัง ๆ ได้แก่ Infernal Affairs II, Infernal Affairs III และ ในปี ค.ศ. 2003, และรับบท พระนางบูเช็คเทียน ในDetective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame จากการกำกับของ ฉีเคอะ ซึ่งเธอได้รับรางวัลนักแสดงนำหญิงยอดเยี่ยม และLet the Bullets Fly ในปี ค.ศ. 2010
