เกทเสมนี (อังกฤษ: Gethsemane, /ɡɛθˈsɛməni/) เป็นสวนที่เชิงเขาของภูเขามะกอกเทศในเยรูซาเล็มตะวันออก ที่ซึ่งสี่พระวรสารของพันธสัญญาใหม่ระบุว่าเป็นสถานที่ที่พระเยซูทรงประสบความทุกข์ในสวนและก่อนที่พระองค์จะทรงถูกตรึงกางเขน สวนเกทเสมนีเป็นสถานที่ที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในศาสนาคริสต์ มีสวนต้นมะกอกเล็ก ๆ หลายสวนที่อยู่ใกล้ชิดกันบนที่ดินของโบสถ์ ซึ่งถูกระบุว่าเป็นเกทเสมนีในคัมภีร์ไบเบิล
