รุกขกรรม (เสียงอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ: /ˈɑrbərɨkʌltʃər/) คือวิชาชีพว่าด้วยการปลูกและจัดการเกี่ยวกับต้นไม้ใหญ่ (trees) ในงานภูมิทัศน์ ซึ่งรวมถึงการศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตและการตอบสนองต่อการปฏิบัติเชิงวัฒนธรรมและสิ่งแวดล้อมและการประยุกต์เทคนิคเชิงวัฒนธรรมอันได้แก่การคัดเลือก การปลูก การดูแล การทำศัลยกรรมและการตัดโค่น
