ฟูยู-คีร์กีซ (อักษรโรมัน: Fuyu Kyrgyz, Fuyü Gïrgïs, Fu-Yu Kirgiz) มีอีกชื่อว่า ภาษาคีร์กีซแมนจูเรีย เป็นภาษาเตอร์กิก ส่วน Gïrgïs ([gɨr.gɨs], Kyrgysdar) เป็นชื่อชาติพันธุ์เตอร์กิก ซึ่งเป็น ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีชื่อนี้ ภาษานี้ไม่ได้มีที่มาจากภาษาคีร์กีซ แต่มีความใกล้เคียงกับภาษาคาคัสในปัจจุบันและในอดีต เดิมทีผู้คนเคยอยู่ในแคว้นเยนีเซของไซบีเรีย แต่กลุ่มชนสั่งให้อพยพไปที่

ใน ค.ศ. 1761 หลังราชวงศ์ชิงเอาชนะชนซูงการ์ กลุ่มชนจึงถูกเคลื่อนย้าย (ร่วมกับ Öelet บางส่วนหรือซูงการ์ที่พูด) ไปยังแอ่งในแมนจูเรีย/ ชาวคีร์กีซในแมนจูเรียกลายเป็นชาวฟูยู-คีร์กีซ แต่หลายคนถูกกลืนเป็นชาวมองโกลและจีน ในสมัยประเทศแมนจูภาษา Oirat และคีร์กีซถูกแทนที่ด้วยภาษาจีนและ Oirat
