พิพิธภัณฑ์ประวัติศาสตร์ธรรมชาติมหาวิทยาลัยออกซฟอร์ด (อังกฤษ: Oxford University Museum of Natural History; OUMNH) เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่จัดแสดงตัวอย่างประวัติศาสตร์ธรรมชาติของมหาวิทยาลัยออกซฟอร์ดจำนวนมาก ตั้งอยู่บน เมืองออกซฟอร์ด ประเทศอังกฤษ นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องภาพยนตร์บรรยายซึ่งใช้โดยแผนกเคมี สัตววิทยา และคณิตศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย พิพิธภัณฑ์เปิดให้คนทั่วไปเข้าชมเฉพาะที่อยู่ติดกัน
