นาฬิกาดาราศาสตร์ปราก (เช็ก: Pražský orloj, ปรัชสกีโอร์โลย) เป็นหอนาฬิกาดาราศาสตร์ ตั้งอยู่ที่กรุงปราก เมืองหลวงของประเทศเช็กเกีย ตั้งอยู่ทางกำแพงด้านใต้ของศาลาว่าการในจัตุรัสเมืองเก่า เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวของเมืองที่ได้รับความนิยมมาก มีการติดตั้งนาฬิกานี้ใน ค.ศ. 1410 ทำให้เป็นนาฬิกาดาราศาสตร์ที่เก่าแก่เป็นอันดับ 3 ของโลก และเป็นนาฬิกาที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดที่ยังใช้งานได้

ส่วนประกอบหลักของหอนาฬิกาได้แก่ นาฬิกาดาราศาสตร์ ซึ่งจะแสดงวิถีการโคจรของดวงอาทิตย์และดวงจันทร์ ด้านล่างของนาฬิกาดาราศาสตร์จะมีหน้าปัดแสดงเดือนในปัจจุบัน และด้านบนสุดมีรูปปั้นสาวกของพระเยซู
