Notoptera หรือที่เรียกอีกชื่อว่า Xenonomia เป็นเคลดของแมลงในกลุ่ม Polyneoptera ซึ่งประกอบด้วยสองกลุ่มที่ยังมีชีวิตอยู่ ได้แก่ Mantophasmatidae (แมลงนักสู้) ที่มีถิ่นกำเนิดใน และ Grylloblattidae (แมลงน้ำแข็ง) ซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมภูเขาสูงที่หนาวเย็นในซีกโลกเหนือ ทั้งสองกลุ่มไม่มีปีก
