ราชวงศ์เซลจุค (เปอร์เซีย: سلجوقیان, Saljuqian) มีอีกชื่อว่า เซลจุคเติร์ก (Seljuk Turks) หรือ เซลจุคเตอร์โกมัน (Seljuk Turkomans) เป็นราชวงศ์ซุนนีเชื้อสายที่ถูก และมีส่วนต่อ (Turco-Persian tradition) ในตะวันออกกลางถึงเอเชียกลางสมัยกลาง พวกเซลจุคจัดตั้งจักรวรรดิเซลจุค (1037–1194) (1041–1186) และรัฐสุลต่านรูม (1074–1308) ซึ่งมีจุดสูงสุดกินพื้นที่ตั้งแต่อิหร่านถึงอานาโตเลีย และเป็นเป้าหมายหลักในสงครามครูเสดครั้งที่หนึ่ง
