ปลาปล้องอ้อย หรือ ปลาดินสอ (อังกฤษ: Banded leporinus, Black-banded leporinus; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Leporinus fasciatus) เป็นปลาน้ำจืดชนิดหนึ่ง ในอันดับปลาคาราซิน (Characiformes) ใน (Anostomidae)
ปลาปล้องอ้อย มีรูปร่างกลมและเรียวยาวอย่างเห็นได้ชัดเจน มีจุดเด่น คือ มีลายสีดำพาดผ่านลำตัวในแนวตั้งเป็นปล้อง ๆ ราว 10 ปล้อง อันเป็นที่มาของชื่อเรียก บนพื้นลำตัวสีเหลืองสด
มีขนาดโตเต็มที่ประมาณ 30 เซนติเมตร แต่ขนาดโดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 15 เซนติเมตร แพร่กระจายพันธุ์อยู่ในลุ่มแม่น้ำอเมซอนและสาขา ในทวีปอเมริกาใต้ เช่น แม่น้ำลาพลาตา ในกายอานา เป็นต้น โดยเป็นปลาที่ชนพื้นเมืองใช้รับประทานเป็นอาหาร และถูกนำเข้าไปในสหรัฐอเมริกา ในรัฐฟลอริดาและฮาวาย
เป็นปลาที่อยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูง จัดเป็นปลาที่มีความปราดเปรียวว่องไวมาก สามารถกินได้ทั้งพืชและสัตว์ เช่น สาหร่าย, ตะไคร่น้ำ และสัตว์น้ำขนาดเล็กต่าง ๆ
เป็นปลาที่มีความสวยงาม แปลกตาชนิดหนึ่ง จึงนิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม โดยถือเป็นปลาที่มีอุปนิสัยก้าวร้าวพอสมควร และมีความปราดเปรียวว่องไวมาก
