โบสถ์น้อยปาลาตีนา (อิตาลี: Cappella Palatina) เป็นโบสถ์น้อยหลวงประจำในเมืองปาเลร์โม ซิซิลี อาคารสร้างขึ้นโดยผสมผสานสถาปัตยกรรมบีแซนทีน, นอร์มัน และ ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงถึงสภาวะที่มีการอยูร่วมกันของสามวัฒนธรรมในซิซิลีในสมัยศตวรรษที่ 12 หลัง และ เข้ายึดครองเกาะซิซิลี
บางทีเรียกโบสถ์น้อยนี้ว่า โบสถ์วัง หรือ โบสถ์น้อยวัง สร้างขึ้นโดยในปี 1132 โดยสร้างครอบโบสถ์น้อยหลังเก่า ที่ซึ่งปัจจุบันคือห้องใต้ดินของโบสถ์ โบสถ์หลังเก่านี้สร้างขึ้นในราวปี 1080 โบสถ์หลังใหม่ใช้เวลาสร้างราวแปดปี และได้รับตราตั้งในปีเดียวกันกับที่สร้างเสร็จ ส่วนงานโมเสกนั้นสร้างเสร็จเพียงบางส่วนเท่านั้นในปี 1143 โบสถ์น้อยหลังนี้สร้างอุทิศแด่ สร้างในลักษณะอย่างบาซิลิกามีโดม แปลนของโสถ์ประกอบด้วยมุกครึ่งวงกลมสามมุกตามแบบที่พบทั่วไปในสถาปัตยกรรมบีแซนทีน มีโค้งมุม (pointed arches) หกอันสร้างขึ้นบนเสาคลาสสิกเดิม เพดานของส่วนเนฟเป็นแบบมุก็อรนัส ซึ่งแสดงถึงอิทธิพลของสถาปัตยกรรมฟาติมิดในโบสถ์ ส่วนเนฟนี้มีลักษณะคล้ายกับโถงต้อนรับในสถาปัตยกรรมอิสลาม นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นไปได้ว่าเคยมีอักษรกูฟีย์ภายในโบสถ์ แต่ต่อมาก็ได้ถูกนำออกไป ประเด็นนี้ยังคงเป็นที่ถกเถียงในนักวิชาการถึงการมีอยู่ของอักษรวิจิตรนี้ นอกจากนี้ในโบสถ์ยังมีการใช้แม่ลายเส้นตรง (rectilinear) ซึ่งเป็นอิทธิพลจากอิสลาม แม่ลายเช่นนี้ไม่พบแพร่หลายในสถาปัตยกรรมของยุโรปในเวลานั้น
