ซาเยด อับดุลลาห์ ชาห์ กาดรี (อักษรโรมัน: Syed Abdullah Shah Qadri,ปัญจาบ: سید عبداللہ شاہ قادری (); ਸੱਈਦ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾਹ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਕ਼ਾਦਰੀ (); 1680–1757) หรือรู้จักในชื่อ บุลเลห์ชาห์ (อักษรโรมัน: Bulleh Shah, ปัญจาบ: بُلّھے شاہ (); ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਸ਼ਾਹ ()) และ บุลเลยา เป็นนักปราชญ์และชาวปัญจาบ มีชีวิตอยู่ในสมัยศตวรรษที่ 17 บรรพบุรุษอพยพมาจากบูฆอรอ (ปัจจุบันอยู่ในประเทศอุซเบกิสถาน) เมื่อราวสามร้อยปีก่อน บุลเลห์มีคุรุทางจิวิญญาณคนแรกคือ ซูฟีแห่งลาฮอร์ บุลเลห์ชาห์ได้รับการยกย่องให้เป๋น "บิดาแห่งการเรียนรู้ของปัญจาบ" ("The Father of Punjabi Enlightenment") ท่านมีชีวิตอยู่ใน และปัจจุบันศพของท่านก็ฝังไว้ที่นั่น
