ฮัมซะนะมะ (เปอร์เซีย/อุรดู: حمزه نامه Hamzenâme มหากาพย์ฮัมซะฮ์) หรือ ดัสตาน-อี-อะมีร ฮัมซะฮ์ (เปอร์เซีย/อุรดู: داستان امیر حمزه Dâstâne Amir Hamze, "การผจญภัยของอะมีร ฮัมซะฮ์") เป็นตำนานที่กล่าวถึงอะมีร ฮัมซะฮ์ หรือฮัมซะฮ์ อิบน์ อับดุลมุฏฏอลิบ ลุงของมุฮัมมัดที่อยู่ในบทวรรณกรรม เรื่องนี้ได้บันทึกเหตุการณ์การผจญภัยของฮัมซะฮ์ในฐานะวีรบุรุษผู้ต่อสู้กับศัตรูของอิสลาม โดยเขียนเป็นร่ายยาวในภาษาเปอร์เซีย
