บีกอส (โปแลนด์: bigos, ออกเสียง: [ˈbiɡɔs]) เป็นอาหารประจำชาติของโปแลนด์ เป็นการนำกะหล่ำปลีดองมาปรุงกับเนื้อสัตว์, เบคอน, พลัมดอง และผลไม้อื่น ๆ อาหารนี้เป็นที่นิยมในฐานะอาหารกลางแจ้งของพรานล่าสัตว์ในสมัยก่อน และยังเป็นอาหารประเภทสตูที่นิยมในเบลารุส, ลิทัวเนีย และยูเครน อีกด้วย
