กรีน เอ้กส์ แอนด์ แฮม (อังกฤษ: Green Eggs and Ham; แปลว่า "ไข่เขียวกับแฮม") เป็นหนังสือเด็ก เขียนโดย ตีพิมพ์ครั้งแรกในวันที่ 12 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2503 หนังสือมียอดจำหน่ายทั่วโลก 8 ล้านเล่มเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2562 เรื่องราวของหนังสือได้รับการดัดแปลงในสื่ออื่นหลายครั้ง เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่แอนิเมชัน ในปี พ.ศ. 2516 ซึ่งให้เสียงตัวละครหลักทั้งสองคนในเรื่อง สื่อดัดแปลงล่าสุดเป็นซีรีส์แอนิเมชันโทรทัศน์ชื่อเรื่องเดียวกันทางเน็ตฟลิกซ์ (ซึ่งตั้งชื่อตัวละครที่ถูกแซมรบกวนที่แต่เดิมไม่มีชื่อว่า "กาย-แอม-ไอ")
