โจแอนนา แมนสฟิลด์ ซัลลิแวน เมซี (อังกฤษ: Johanna Mansfield Sullivan Macy; 14 เมษายน ค.ศ. 1866 — 20 ตุลาคม ค.ศ. 1936) หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ แอนน์ ซัลลิแวน (อังกฤษ: Anne Sullivan) เป็นครูชาวอเมริกัน ที่รู้จักกันดีสำหรับการเป็นผู้สอนและสหายตลอดชีวิตของเฮเลน เคลเลอร์ ตอนอายุห้าขวบ เธอมีอาการโรคริดสีดวงตา โดยติดเชื้อทางดวงตา ซึ่งดวงตาข้างซ้ายบอด และไม่มีทักษะการอ่านหรือการเขียน ทั้งนี้ เธอได้รับการศึกษาในฐานะนักเรียนที่ โดยสำเร็จการศึกษาแล้วได้มาเป็นครูของเคลเลอร์เมื่อเธออายุ 20 ปี
