โอทนีเอล (อังกฤษ: Othniel; /ˈɒθniəl/; ฮีบรู: עָתְנִיאֵל בֶּן קְנַז, ʿOṯnīʾēl ben Qenaz) เป็นผู้วินิจฉัยคนแรกในหนังสือผู้วินิจฉัย ศัพทมูลของชื่อโอทนีเอลไม่แน่ชัด แต่อาจหมายถึง "พระเจ้า/พระองค์ทรงเป็นกำลังของเรา" หรือ "พระเจ้าทรงช่วยเรา"
