โคอิจิ ซูงิยามะ (ญี่ปุ่น: すぎやま こういち; โรมาจิ: Sugiyama Kōichi) เป็นคีตกวี, วาทยากร และ นักประพันธ์เพลงชาวญี่ปุ่น และยังเป็นสมาชิกคณะกรรมการสำนักงานเสริมสร้างเอกลักษณ์ของชาติ เขาเป็นที่รู้จักจากการเป็นผู้ประพันธ์เพลงประจำเกมซีรีส์ ดราก้อนเควสต์ ของบริษัทสแควร์เอนิกซ์ และยังประพันธ์เพลงให้กับอะนิเมะและภาพยนตร์ญี่ปุ่นอื่นๆอีกมากมาย เขาถือเป็นหนึ่งในศิลปินอาวุโสที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่นักประพันธ์เพลงคนอื่นๆ อาทิ โนบูโอะ อูเอมัตสึ และยังได้รับการยกย่องเป็น "บอสใหญ่แห่งวงการเกมมิวสิก"

เขาจบการศึกษาเกียรตินิยมอันดับหนึ่งจากมหาวิทยาลัยโตเกียวใน พ.ศ. 2501 และเริ่มทำงานเกี่ยวกับงานแพร่ภาพทางวัฒนธรรม ใน พ.ศ. 2511 เขาเข้าทำงานที่บริษัทฟูจิเทเลแคสต์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ แต่ในปี 2514 ก็ลาออกมาเป็นนักประพันธ์เพลงอิสระ ในเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 ซูงิยามะในวัย 85 ปีได้รับการจัดอันดับโดยบันทึกสถิติโลกกินเนสส์ให้เป็นผู้ประพันธ์เพลงเกมที่มีอายุมากที่สุดในโลก
