แคทเธอร์พิลลาร์ (อังกฤษ: Caterpillar Inc.) หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ แคท (CAT) เป็นผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้าง อุปกรณ์เหมืองแร่ และอุปกรณ์วิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ จากประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และเป็นผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างรายใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก ในปี 2018 แคทเธอร์พิลลาร์อยู่ในอันดับที่ 73 ในนิตยสารฟอร์จูน 500 และอันดับที่ 265 ในรายการ โกลบอลฟอร์จูน 500 หุ้นของแคทเธอร์พิลลาร์เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของดัชนีอุตสาหกรรมดาวโจนส์ (Dow Jones Industrial Average)
