จักรพรรดิอเล็กซิออสที่ 4 อันเจลอส (อังกฤษ: Alexios IV Angelos หรือ Alexius IV Angelus; กรีก: Αλέξιος Δ' Άνγελος) (ราว ค.ศ. 1182 – 8 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1204) อเล็กซิออสที่ 4 อันเจลอสเป็นจักรพรรดิแห่งจักรวรรดิไบแซนไทน์ ของ ผู้ทรงครองราชย์ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1203 จนเสด็จสวรรคตเมื่อวันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1204 อเล็กซิออสที่ 4 เสด็จพระราชสมภพเมื่อราว ค.ศ. 1182 เป็นพระราชโอรสในจักรพรรดิไอแซ็คที่ 2 อันเจลอสและไอรีนพระอัครมเหสีพระองค์แรก เป็นพระราชนัดดาของจักรพรรดิอเล็กซิออสที่ 3 อันเจลอส
