สนธิสัญญามาสทริชต์ หรือชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการว่า สนธิสัญญาว่าด้วยสหภาพยุโรป ลงนามเมื่อวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2535 โดยสมาชิกประชาคมยุโรปในมาสทริชท์ ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ วันที่ 1-30 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2536 นครแห่งเดียวกันนี้ได้เป็นที่ประชุมของสภายุโรปซึ่งร่างสนธิสัญญาดังกล่าว ในโอกาสที่สนธิสัญญาฯ มามีผลใช้บังคับเมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2536 ระหว่างคณะกรรมาธิการเดอลอร์ส (Delors Commission) มีผลให้สหภาพยุโรปถูกจัดตั้งขึ้นและนำไปสู่การก่อตั้งเงินสกุลเดี่ยวของยุโรป คือ ยูโร สนธิสัญญามาสทริชต์ได้ถูกแก้ไขโดยสนธิสัญญาภายหลังในระดับหนึ่ง
