สถาปัตยกรรมบรูทัลลิสต์ (อังกฤษ: Brutalist architecture) มีช่วงรุ่งเรืองระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1951 ถึง 1975 เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมที่สืบเนื่องจากการเคลื่อนไหวสถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่ช่วงต้นศตวรรษที่ 20 คำว่า nybrutalism (New Brutalism) เดิมมีต้นกำเนิดจากสถาปนิกชาวสวีเดน ฮันส์ แอสพลันด์ (Hans Asplund) ในปี 1950 เพื่ออธิบายถึงอาคารวิลลาเกิท (Villa Göth) ในอุปซอลา สถาปนิก อลิสันและปีเตอร์ สมิทสัน เป็นผู้แนะนำคำว่า "Brutalism" ให้กับหมู่ผู้พูดภาษาอังกฤษในช่วงต้นคริสต์ทศวรรษ 1950 จนมีการใช้อย่างกว้างขวางหลังนักวิจารณ์สถาปัตยกรรมชาวอังกฤษ เรย์เนอร์ แบนัม (Reynor Banham) ในบทความปี 1955 ที่ชื่อบทความ The New Brutalism โดยใช้คำว่า "Brutalism" เพื่ออธิบายจรรยา (ethic) และรูปแบบความงาม (aesthetic style) ในบทความเดียวกัน เขายังใช้คำนี้กับ ศิลปะดิบ (Art Brut) และงาน béton brut (คอนกรีตเปลือย) ของเลอกอร์บูซีเยในฝรั่งเศส โดยถือเป็นการใช้คำนี้เป็นครั้งแรก ปัจจุบันคอนกรีตถือเป็นวัสดุที่ใช้การทั่วไปของสถาปัตยกรรมบรูทัลลิสต์ แต่ก็อาจมีการใช้วัสดุอื่นเช่น อิฐ กระจก เหล็ก หินตัดหยาบ ๆ
