สงครามเม็กซิโก–สหรัฐ (อังกฤษ: Mexican–American War; สเปน: guerra mexicano-estadounidense), สงครามสหรัฐ–เม็กซิโก (อังกฤษ: U.S.–Mexico War, U.S.–Mexican War; สเปน: guerra de Estados Unidos-México), สงครามเม็กซิโก (อังกฤษ: Mexican War) หรือ การแทรกแซงของสหรัฐในเม็กซิโก (สเปน: intervención estadounidense en México) เป็นการขัดกันด้วยอาวุธระหว่างสหรัฐกับเม็กซิโกตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. 1846 ถึง 1848 หลังการผนวกเท็กซัสของสหรัฐเมื่อปี 1845 ซึ่งเม็กซิโกถือว่าเป็นดินแดนของตน
