ม้วนหนังสือเดดซี (อังกฤษ: Dead Sea Scrolls) เป็นหนังสือม้วนที่พบในถ้ำ 11 แห่ง ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2490 - 2499 ในเมืองทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของทะเลเดดซี มีเอกสาร 800 รายการ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นคัมภีร์เกี่ยวกับศาสนายูดาห์ที่ไม่เคยพบมาก่อน เขียนเมื่อราวพุทธศตวรรษที่ 6 โดยพวกเอสซีนซึ่งอยู่ร่วมสมัยกับพระเยซู
การค้นพบ
ในต้นปี พ.ศ. 2490 มูฮัมมัด เอดห์-ดิบ เด็กเลี้ยงแกะ ได้ต้อนฝูงแกะไปหาแหล่งน้ำในทะเลทรายยูเดีย ใกล้กับเมืองคุมรานและติดตามแกะที่หายไปจนพบถ้ำ เมื่อไปสำรวจในถ้ำจึงพบม้วนหนังสือห่อด้วยผ้าลินิน พวกเขานำหนังสือนี้ไปขายต่อให้ประเทศอิสราเอล
ต่อจากนั้นได้มีการสำรวจถ้ำอื่น ๆ ในบริเวณใกล้เคียงกัน และพบม้วนหนังสืออีก แต่ไม่สมบูรณ์เท่าชุดแรกที่พบ
เนื้อหา
หนังสือที่พบทั้งหมดเป็นเอกสารเกี่ยวกับชาวยิวที่เขียนโดยบุคคลร่วมสมัยกับพระเยซู มีอายุประมาณ 2,000 ปี เอกสารสำคัญที่สุดคือคัมภีร์ไบเบิลภาคพันธสัญญาเก่า หนังสือเอสเธอร์ ส่วนใหญ่เขียนด้วยภาษาฮีบรู บางส่วนเขียนเป็นภาษาแอราเมอิก (ภาษาพูดสมัยนั้น) และภาษากรีก (ภาษาทางการค้าสมัยนั้น) หนังสือบางส่วนกล่าวถึงวิถีชุมชน กฎและข้อลงโทษ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นภาพของกลุ่มชาวยิวที่เรียกว่าพวก ซึ่งเชื่อในวันสิ้นโลกอย่างมาก
เป็นการเปิดเผยวิถีชีวิต ความเป็นอยู่และวัฒนธรรมของชาวยิวในยุคก่อนการประสูติของพระเยซู มีทั้งคำสอนทางศาสนา เล่าประวัติความเป็นมาของชาว กฎหมาย จารีต ประเพณี ฯลฯ นอกจากนั้นบางจารึกยังเป็นฉบับคัดลอกจากพระคัมภีร์ของศาสนายูดาห์ ซึ่งเมื่อนักประวัติศาสตร์ถอดความพบว่าตรงกับคัมภีร์ไบเบิลภาคพันธสัญญาเดิม ซึ่งสืบทอดมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน
