พิปพา มิดเดิลตัน

ฟิลิปปา ชาร์ลอตต์ "พีพา" แมททิวส์ (อังกฤษ: Philippa Charlotte "Pippa" Matthews; สกุลเดิม มิดเดิลตัน; เกิด 6 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2526) เป็นสุภาพสตรีชาวสหราชอาณาจักรผู้มีชื่อเสียงทางสังคม มิดเดิลตันเป็นพระขนิษฐาของแคเธอริน เจ้าหญิงแห่งเวลส์ ซึ่งเธอเป็นเพื่อนเจ้าสาวในพระราชพิธีเสกสมรสของพี่สาวกับเจ้าชายวิลเลียม เจ้าชายแห่งเวลส์ มิดเดิลตันจึงได้รับความสนใจจากเหล่าสื่อมวลชนจำนวนมากทั้งด้านแฟชันและชีวิตส่วนตัวของเธอ

ประวัติ

มิดเดิลตันเกิดเมื่อวันที่ 6 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2526 เป็นบุตรคนที่สองจากสามของไมเคิล ฟรันซิส มิดเดิลตัน อดีตผู้จัดการสายการบินบริติชแอร์เวย์ กับแคโรลด์ อีลิซาเบท มิดเดิลตัน (สกุลเดิม โกลด์สมิท) อดีตพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน

ครอบครัวฝ่ายบิดามีพื้นเพมาจากลีดส์ ปัจจุบันอยู่ใน ย่าทวดคือ โอลีฟ ลัปตัน เจ้าของธุรกิจครอบครัวซึ่งสืบทอดกิจการหลายชั่วอายุคนในลีดส์ ส่วนครอบครัวฝ่ายมารดามีพื้นเพมาจากลอนดอน ซึ่งมีบรรพบุรุษเป็นกรรมกรและคนงานเหมืองในมณฑลเดอรัม

การทำงาน

ในพระราชพิธีหมั้นของเคต มิดเดิลตันพี่สาว เมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2553 พีพาได้เป็นเพื่อนเจ้าสาว ส่วนในพระราชพิธีเสกสมรส พีพาได้สวมชุดเดรสรูปกอดสีขาวเหมือนของเจ้าสาว สร้างขึ้นโดยซาราห์ เบอร์ตันจากอเล็กซานเดอร์ แมกควีน ทำจากผ้าย่นสีงาช้าง ซึ่งได้รับการยกย่องจากสื่อมวลชน ไม่นานหลังจากนั้นสำเนาชุดดังกล่าวก็มีให้เห็นในไฮสตรีท ซึ่งกำลังเป็นที่ต้องการ

ชีวิตส่วนตัว

เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2556 มีรายงานว่าพีพาได้ทำการหมั้นกับนิโค แจ็กสัน แต่ภายหลังได้เลิกรากันหลังคบหาได้เพียงสองปี

เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2559 เธอคบหากับ อดีตนักแข่งรถอาชีพ ปัจจุบันเป็นผู้บริหารกองทุนเฮดจ์ฟันด์ (hedge fund manager) ก่อนหมั้นในเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ทั้งนี้แมททิวส์เป็นบุตรชายและทายาทของเดวิด แมททิวส์ แลร์ดแห่ง (Laird of Glen Affric) ซึ่งแหล่งข่าวรายงานว่าหลังคู่หมั้นของเธอรับมรดกจากบิดาแล้ว พีพาจะมีบรรดาศักดิ์เป็น "เลดีแห่งเกลนอัฟฟริก"

พีพาสมรสกับเจมส์เมื่อวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ณ คริสตจักรนักบุญมาระโกในเบิร์กเชอร์ใกล้บ้านของสกุลมิดเดิลตัน ภายในงานมีเจ้าชายจอร์จ-เจ้าหญิงชาร์ลอตต์แห่งเคมบริดจ์ เอเวีย ออร์เนอร์ (Avia Horner, หลานสาวของ) เอ็ดเวิร์ด เซเบียร์ (Edward Sebire) วิลเลียม วอร์ด (William Ward) แคซีเมียร์ แททูส (Casimir Tatos) ลีลี เฟรนช์ (Lily French) และเคาน์เตสฟีลิปปา ออยอส (Countess Philippa Hoyos) ส่วนชายที่เป็นที่กล่าวถึงที่สุดในงานนี้คือ น้องชายเจ้าบ่าว

เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2561 มีข่าวว่าเธอกำลังตั้งครรภ์บุตรคนแรก ต่อมาเธอคลอดบุตรเมื่อวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ณ ลอนดอน

เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2559 ไอโฟนของพีพาถูกนักเลงคอมพิวเตอร์เจาะข้อมูล สำนักข่าวเดอะซันรายงานว่านักเลงคอมพิวเตอร์คนดังกล่าวอ้างว่ามีภาพของพีพาในบัญชีกว่า 3,000 ภาพ และเรียกร้องเงิน 50,000 ปอนด์ ที่สุดนักเลงคอมพิวเตอร์คนดังกล่าวก็ถูกจับกุมภายในเดือนนั้นเอง
