พิธีสารเลือกรับของอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็ก เรื่อง ความเกี่ยวพันของเด็กในความขัดแย้งกันด้วยอาวุธ (อังกฤษ: Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict) ได้รับการลงมติยอมรับโดยสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติต่ออนุสัญญาว่าด้วยสิทธิเด็กในภาคผนวก I ในการลงมติเมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2543 และมีใช้ผลบังคับเมื่อวันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2545

พิธีการดังกล่าวต้องการให้รัฐบาลผู้ลงนามรับประกันว่ากองทัพของตนสามารถยอมรับอาสาสมัครที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีได้ แต่เด็กไม่สามารถถูกเกณฑ์ทหารและ "รัฐภาคีจะดำเนินทุกมาตรการที่เป็นไปได้เพื่อรับประกันว่าบุคลากรของกองทัพที่ยังมีอายุไม่ถึง 18 ปี จะไม่เข้าไปมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงกับความขัดแย้ง" ตัวแสดงที่ไม่ใช่รัฐและกองโจรถูกห้ามจากการเกณฑ์ทุกคนที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีในทุกกรณี ปัจจุบัน มี 159 ประเทศเป็นภาคีต่อพิธีสารดังกล่าว โดยมี 136 ประเทศได้ให้สัตยาบันพิธีสาร และ 125 ประเทศได้ลงนามไปแล้ว
