พระแม่มารีแห่งภูผา (อังกฤษ: Virgin of the Rocks) เป็นภาพเขียนสีน้ำมันสองภาพที่มีลักษณะการวางภาพที่เหมือนกันที่เขียนโดยเลโอนาร์โด ดา วินชีจิตรกรคนสำคัญสมัยเรอเนซองส์ชาวอิตาลี ที่ปัจจุบันตั้งแสดงอยู่ที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ลูฟร์ในกรุงปารีสและเลโอนาร์โด ดา วินชียังได้วาดภาพนี้ขึ้นอีกชิ้นและปัจจุบันถูกเก็บรักษาไว้ที่หอศิลป์แห่งชาติ, ลอนดอนและในอังกฤษ

ภาพในพิพิธภัณฑ์ลูฟร์
ภาพที่ตั้งอยู่ในพิพิธภัณฑ์ลูฟร์เขียนราวระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1483 ถึงปี ค.ศ. 1486 หรือก่อนหน้านั้น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นตรงกันว่าเป็นงานเขียนของดา วินชี และเป็นงานเขียนก่อนชิ้นที่อยู่ที่ลอนดอน การใช้ฝีแปรงที่ละเอียดและการใช้ค่าต่างแสง เป็นลักษณะที่เห็นในงานเขียนอื่นหลายชิ้นของดา วินชี ภาพนี้สูงกว่าภาพลอนดอนราว 8 เซนติเมตร บันทึกแรกที่กล่าวถึงภาพนี้บันทึกใน ค.ศ. 1625 เมื่อตกไปเป็นของฝรั่งเศส
ภาพในหอศิลป์แห่งชาติ
ภาพในหอศิลป์แห่งชาติเป็นภาพเขียนที่เกือบเหมือนกับภาพแรกและเชื่อกันว่าเขียนโดยดา วินชีเช่นกัน ที่อาจจะเขียนก่อน ค.ศ. 1508 ภาพนี้อาจจะมีผู้ช่วยๆ เขียนบางบริเวณของภาพ เป็นภาพที่เขียนสำหรับชาเปลภราดรภาพ Confraternity of Immaculate Conception ของวัดซานฟรานซิสโคกรานเดในมิลาน วัดซานฟรานซิสโคขายภาพนี้อาจจะราว ค.ศ. 1781 แต่ที่แน่คือใน ค.ศ. 1785 ให้กับผู้นำกลับไปอังกฤษ หลังจากผ่านมือไปยังงานสะสมต่างๆ ในที่สุดหอศิลป์แห่งชาติ, ลอนดอนก็ซื้อภาพนี้ใน ค.ศ. 1880
ในเดือนมิถุนายน ค.ศ. 2005 เมื่อใช้เครื่องสะท้อน (reflectogram) ก็พบว่าภาพใต้ภาพที่เห็นเป็นภาพเขียนอีกภาพหนึ่ง ที่เชื่อกันว่าเป็นภาพเหมือนของสตรีคุกเข่าที่อาจจะอุ้มเด็กไว้ในมือหนึ่งและอีกมือหนึ่งยื่นออกไป นักค้นคว้าบางคนเชื่อว่าความตั้งใจเดิมของดา วินชีคือการเขียนภาพการชื่นชมของพระบุตร นอกจากนั้นก็ยังมีการแก้อื่นๆ เมื่อตรวจสอบด้วยเครื่องสะท้อนอินฟรา-เรดหรือเอ็กซเรย์
