ปฏิบัติการแอนโธรพอยด์ เป็นรหัสนามสำหรับการลอบสังหารในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง เป้าหมายคือเอ็สเอ็ส-โอเบอร์กรุพเพินฟือเรอร์ และหัวหน้าของกรมตำรวจ ไรน์ฮาร์ท ไฮดริช ผู้นำของทบวงกลางความมั่นคงไรช์ (RSHA) หน่วยรักษาความปลอดภัยทั้งหมดของนาซีเยอรมนี และทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ว่ารัฐไรซ์ของรัฐอารักขาแห่งโบฮีเมียและมอเรเวีย
