ปฏิบัติการเยลโลเบิร์ด (อังกฤษ: Operation Yellowbird; จีน: 黄雀行动) เป็นปฏิบัติการในฮ่องกงเพื่อช่วยเหลือชาวจีนที่เข้าร่วมการประท้วงที่จัตุรัสเทียนอันเหมิน พ.ศ. 2532 เพื่อช่วยเหลือจากการถูกรัฐบาลจีนจับกุม โดยมีการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เดินทางออกนอกประเทศทางทะเลผ่านฮ่องกง หน่วยงานข่าวกรองตะวันตก เช่น ราชการข่าวกรองลับของบริเตน และสำนักข่าวกรองกลางของสหรัฐ ก็มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในปฏิบัติการนี้ด้วย บุคคลอื่นที่เข้าร่วมด้วยมีทั้งนักการเมือง ผู้มีชื่อเสียง นักธุรกิจ และสมาชิกสมาคมลับชาวจีนจากฮ่องกง ซึ่งดำเนินมาเกือบตลอดระยะเวลาของปฏิบัติการนี้

ปฏิบัติการเริ่มต้นในปลายเดือนมิถุนายน 2532 ให้หลังการออกคำสั่งของกรมความมั่นคงสาธารณะเทศบาลกรุงปักกิ่งในวันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2532 ให้จับกุมผู้นำสหพันธ์ปกครองตนเองนักศึกษาปักกิ่งที่อยู่ระหว่างหลบหนี ปฏิบัติการนี้ดำเนินไปจนถึงปี 2540 เยลโลเบิร์ดช่วยเหลือผู้เห็นต่างจากรัฐบาลได้กว่า 400 คน ซึ่งได้มุ่งหน้าไปยังประเทศตะวันตก มีนักกิจกรรมในฮ่องกงสามคนถูกทางการจีนจับกุม แต่ภายหลังถูกปล่อยตัวเพราะรัฐบาลฮ่องกงเข้าสอด
