ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติมัคตัน–เซบู (เซบัวโน: Tugpahanang Pangkalibutan sa Mactan–Sugbo, ฟิลิปปินส์: Paliparang Pandaigdig ng Mactan–Cebu) (IATA: CEB, ICAO: RPVM) เป็นสนามบินในเขตกิตนางคาบีซายาอัน และเป็นสนามบินนานาชาติที่มีผู้โดยสารมากเป็นอันดับที่สองของประเทศ ตั้งอยู่ที่เมืองลาปู-ลาปูบน ส่วนหนึ่งของเขตปริมณฑลเซบู สนามบินแห่งนี้จัดการโดยองค์การท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติมัคตัน–เซบู และมีพื้นที่ 797 เฮกตาร์ มีทางวิ่งเพียงทางเดียว ระยะทาง 3,300-เมตร (10,800-ฟุต)(*) ซึ่งสร้างโดยกองทัพอากาศสหรัฐใน ค.ศ. 1956 เพื่อใช้เป็นสนามบินฉุกเฉิน จนมีชื่อเรียกอีกชื่อว่า ฐานทัพอากาศมัคตัน
