ช็อมซ็องแด (เกาหลี: 첨성대; ฮันจา: 瞻星臺; อาร์อาร์: Cheomseongdae; เอ็มอาร์: Ch'ŏmsŏngdae) เป็น หอดูดาว ในเมือง คย็องจู ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ ช็อมซ็องแด เป็นหอดูดาวที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในเอเชีย และอาจจะในโลกด้วย มันถูกสร้างขึ้นในศตวรรษที่ 7 ใน อาณาจักรชิลลา ซึ่งมีเมืองหลวงคือ ซอราโบล หรือ คย็องจู ในปัจจุบัน ช็อมซ็องแด ถูกกำหนดให้เป็น สมบัติแห่งชาติเกาหลีใต้ ลำดับที่ 31 เมื่อวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1962 โดยจำลองจาก Jeomseongdae ของ แพ็กเจ ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีอยู่ในบันทึกทางประวัติศาสตร์เท่านั้น ช็อมซ็องแด มีอิทธิพลต่อการก่อสร้างหอดูดาว Senseidai ของญี่ปุ่นในปี ค.ศ. 675 และหอดูดาวของ Duke Zhou ในประเทศจีนในปี ค.ศ. 723
