จอห์น ครอว์เฟิร์ด FRS (อังกฤษ: John Crawfurd, 13 สิงหาคม 1783 – 11 พฤษภาคม 1868) เป็นแพทย์, นักการทูต และนักเขียนชาวสกอตแลนด์ โดยเป็นที่รู้จักจากการเป็นทูตเดินทางเข้ามายังสยามเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2364 ตรงกับรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธเลิศหล้านภาลัย ตามคำสั่งของลอร์ดเฮสติงส์ ผู้สำเร็จราชการประจำอินเดียเพื่อให้สยามยกเลิกการจำกัดการค้าเสรี แต่ด้วยการแสดงกิริยาที่ไม่เหมาะสมของครอว์เฟิร์ดทำให้การเจรจาล้มเหลวและต้องเดินทางกลับไป[]

ชีวิตช่วงต้น
เขาเกิดที่ไอเลย์ ประเทศสกอตแลนด์ เป็นบุตรของซามูเอล ครอว์เฟิร์ด ผู้เป็นแพทย์ กับมาร์กาเรต แคมป์เบลล์ และได้รับการศึกษาในโรงเรียนที่ เขาเดินตามรอยเท้าพ่อด้วยการเรียนแพทย์และจบหลักสูตรการแพทย์ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเอดินบะระใน ค.ศ. 1803 ตอนอายุ 20 ปี
