งูหลามแอฟริกา (อังกฤษ: African rock python; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Python sebae) เป็นงูขนาดใหญ่ไม่มีพิษชนิดหนึ่งจำพวกงูหลาม

งูหลามแอฟริกาโดยทั่วไปจะมีสีน้ำตาลและมีลวดลายประจำตัวสีน้ำตาลอ่อนและเขียวเข้มปนเหลือง ด้านล่างลำตัวมีสีขาวครีม จัดเป็นงูอีกชนิดหนึ่งที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก มีความยาวเฉลี่ย 6 เมตร (20 ฟุต) หรือมากกว่า พบกระจายพันธุ์ตั้งแต่ทางตอนใต้ของซาฮาร่า, แอฟริกาตะวันออก, โมซัมบิก, ซิมบับเวและในภาคตะวันออกของแอฟริกาใต้ สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ชนิดย่อย (ดูในตาราง)
งูหลามแอฟริกา จัดเป็นงูขนาดใหญ่ที่สุดในทวีปแอฟริกา กินสัตว์ขนาดใหญ่กว่าเป็นอาหารได้ เช่นสิงโต แอนทิโลป, จระเข้ แม้กระทั่งวิลเดอบีสต์ และมีรายงานว่าทำร้ายและฆ่ามนุษย์ได้ด้วย ด้วยขากรรไกรที่ไม่เชื่อมต่อกันและกระดูกซี่โครงที่สามารถยืดขยายได้และไม่มีกระดูกช่วงอกเหมือนงูชนิดอื่น ๆ แต่โดยปกติแล้วจะกินอาหารจำพวกสัตว์ขนาดเล็ก เช่น นก, หนู, กระรอก เป็นอาหารมากกว่า
ตัวเมียวางไข่ได้ถึง 100 ฟอง ระยะเวลาการกกไข่อยู่ที่ระหว่าง 2-3 เดือน ลูกงูที่เพิ่งฟักออกจากไข่มีความยาวประมาณ 50-60 เซนติเมตร ลูกงูที่เพิ่งฟักออกจากไข่จะมีสีเดียวกัน และจะมีสีที่เข้มขึ้นเมื่อเติบโตขึ้นตามวัย งูตัวเมียจะมีความดุร้ายอย่างในช่วงการกกไข่
งูหลามแอฟริกา มีความดุร้ายก้าวร้าวกว่างูหลามพม่า (Python bivittatus) และปัจจุบันมีรายงานการเป็นชนิดพันธุ์ต่างถิ่นในสหรัฐอเมริกาเช่นเดียวกับงูหลามพม่าไปแล้ว โดยสามารถแพร่กระจายพันธุ์ในพื้นที่ รัฐฟลอริดา และจากการศึกษาพบว่าสามารถที่จะผสมข้ามพันธุ์กับงูหลามพม่าได้ด้วย
