คณะกรรมาธิการสมาชิกสภาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ (รัสเซีย: Комитет членов Учредительного собрания, อักษรโรมัน: Komitet chlénov uchredítelnogo sobrániya) หรือเรียกตามอักษรย่อว่า โคมุช (รัสเซีย: КОМУЧ, อักษรโรมัน: KOMUCH) เป็นรัฐบาลปรปักษ์กับรัฐบาลบอลเชวิคที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นครั้งแรกในเปโตรกราด และต่อมาในมอสโกภายหลังการปฏิวัติเดือนตุลาคม โดยคณะกรรมาธิการอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของ รัฐบาลดำรงอยู่เป็นเวลาประมาณสี่เดือนก่อนจะถูกบอลเชวิคปราบปราม ในเดือนกันยายน ค.ศ. 1918 คณะกรรมาธิการสมาชิกสภาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญมีทำเนียบหลักอยู่ที่เมืองซามารา
