กีฬารักบี้ยูเนียนในโอลิมปิกฤดูร้อน เป็นกีฬาชิงเหรียญรางวัลของประเภทชายในกีฬาโอลิมปิกฤดูร้อนสมัยใหม่ โดยจัดแข่งขัน 4 ครั้งในการแข่งขัน 7 ครั้งแรก กีฬาดังกล่าวเปิดตัวครั้งแรกในปารีส 1900 ที่ประเทศเจ้าภาพชนะเหรียญทอง ต่อมาได้มีการนำเสนอในการแข่งขันที่ลอนดอน 1908 แอนต์เวิร์ป 1920 และ ปารีส 1924
