นิวยอร์กฮาร์เบอร์ (อังกฤษ: New York Harbor) เป็นอ่าวที่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั้งหมดของตอนบน (Upper Bay) และส่วนเล็กน้อยของ (Lower Bay) ตั้งอยู่ที่บริเวณปากแม่น้ำฮัดสัน ซึ่งไหลลงสู่ ใกล้กับปากที่เป็นน้ำขึ้นน้ำลง และไหลต่อไปสู่มหาสมุทรแอตแลนติกบริเวณชายฝั่งตะวันออกของสหรัฐ
