เพลงสดุดี (อังกฤษ: hymn; กรีก: ὕμνος hymnos) หมายถึง เพลงที่ใช้ขับร้องและบรรเลงสรรเสริญพระเกียรติ แต่ในสมัยปัจจุบันจำกัดใช้เฉพาะเพลงที่ใช้ในโบสถ์

เพลงสดุดีที่รู้จักกัน เช่น เพลง "อเมซิงเกรซ" แต่งขึ้นเมื่อปี ค.ศ. 1748 โดยจอห์น นิวตัน ชาวอังกฤษ เนื้อหาของเพลงนี้เขียนขึ้นมาจากชีวิตของนิวตันเอง และบางส่วนมาจากพระคัมภีร์ (เพลงสดุดีพระเจ้าที่เขียนขึ้นโดยกษัตริย์ดาวิด ในพระธรรม 1 พงศาวดาร บทที่ 16-17)
