อาร์มา (อังกฤษ: Armagh) เป็นหนึ่งในหกเทศมณฑลของไอร์แลนด์เหนือ ตั้งชื่อตามเมืองอาร์มา ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศใต้ของทะเลสาบล็อกเน เทศมณฑลนี้มีพื้นที่ 1,326 กิโลเมตร และมีประชากร 174,792 คน เทศมณฑลอาร์มาได้รับสมญาว่า "เทศมณฑลผลไม้" เพราะมีสวนผลไม้มาก โดยเฉพาะสวนแอปเปิล เทศมณฑลนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของจังหวัดทางประวัติศาสตร์อย่างอัลสเตอร์ และมีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ คือ ห้องสมุด อาร์มา โรบินสัน
