ปลาปักเป้ากล่องเหลืองลายจุดดำ หรือ ปลาปักเป้ากล่องจุดเหลือง (อังกฤษ: Yellow boxfish, Cubicus boxfish; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Ostracion cubicus) เป็นปลาปักเป้าชนิดหนึ่ง ในวงศ์ปลาปักเป้ากล่อง (Ostraciidae)
ลำตัวมีเกราะหุ้มเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมคางหมูในแนวตัดขวาง ปากมีขนาดใหญ่และมีฟันซี่เล็ก ๆ ครีบหางใหญ่ แต่ครีบอื่น ๆ เล็ก เหมือนปลาปักเป้าชนิดอื่นทั่วไป ลำตัวเป็นสีเทาและมีลายสีเหลืองตามแนวเกล็ด มีจุดกลม ๆ เล็ก ๆ สีดำประค่อนข้างมากโดยเฉพาะที่ส่วนหัว ปลาที่ยังเป็นปลาขนาดเล็กจะมีลำตัวสีเหลืองสดและมีจุดสีดำเข้มกว่าปลาที่โตแล้ว
มีขนาดโตเต็มที่ประมาณ 35 เซนติเมตร เป็นปลาที่หากินอยู่ตามลำพัง โดยว่ายน้ำช้า ๆ ในแนวปะการังใกล้ชายฝั่ง กินอาหารซึ่งเป็นสัตว์น้ำขนาดเล็ก ๆ ตามโพรงหินของปะการัง
พบกระจายพันธุ์ในมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก และมหาสมุทรอินเดีย ในน่านน้ำไทยพบได้ทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง จัดเป็นปลาที่พบบ่อย เป็นปลาทะเลอีกชนิดหนึ่งที่นิยมเลี้ยงเป็นปลาสวยงาม
