ดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิก

ดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (อังกฤษ: electronic music) เป็นดนตรีที่ใช้เครื่องดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเทคโนโลยีดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการผลิตขึ้นมา โดยทั่วไปแล้วความโดดเด่นของดนตรีสามารถเกิดขึ้นโดยใช้เครื่องดนตรีไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเทคโนโลยีเครื่องไฟฟ้า ตัวอย่างเช่นเสียงที่เกิดจาก Telharmonium, Hammond organ และกีตาร์ไฟฟ้า ส่วนดนตริอีเล็กทรอนิกส์แท้ ๆ สามารถใช้เครื่อง Theremin, เครื่องสังเคราะห์เสียง และคอมพิวเตอร์

ดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นส่วนประกอบในดนตรีอาร์ตตะวันตก ตั้งแต่ปลายทศวรรษ 1960 และได้รับความนิยมในเวลาต่อมา ในปัจจุบันดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ใช้หลากหลายแนวเพลง ตั้งแต่ดนตรีอาร์ตทดลอง หรือดนตรีป็อป อย่างเช่น ดนตรีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แดนซ์
