ความสำเร็จในการสืบพันธุ์ (อังกฤษ: Reproductive success) คือการสืบทอดยีนไปยังสิ่งมีชีวิตรุ่นต่อไป โดยที่รุ่นต่อไปก็สามารถสืบทอดยีนเหล่านั้นต่อไปได้ด้วย นี่ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่จำนวนของลูกที่สิ่งมีชีวิตนั้นมี แต่รวมโอกาสความสำเร็จในการสืบพันธุ์ที่ลูกของสิ่งมีชีวิตนั้นมีด้วย ทำให้การเลือกคู่ (ซึ่งเป็นส่วนของการสืบพันธุ์แบบอาศัยเพศ) เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญ เป็นแนวคิดที่ทำความเหมาะสมให้เป็นกุญแจหลักอย่างหนึ่งในทฤษฎีการคัดเลือกโดยธรรมชาติและวิวัฒนาการ
