Neuroptera หรือ แมลงปีกตาข่าย เป็นอันดับของแมลง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย และญาติของพวกมัน อันดับนี้มีสปีชีส์ที่รู้จักประมาณ 6,000 ชนิด Neuroptera ถูกจัดอยู่ในกลุ่ม Neuropterida (ซึ่งเคยรู้จักในชื่อ Planipennia) ร่วมกับ Megaloptera (, และ) และ (สเนคฟลาย)

ตัวเต็มวัยของ Neuroptera มีปีกโปร่งแสงสี่ปีกที่มีขนาดใกล้เคียงกันและมีจำนวนมาก มีอวัยวะปากสำหรับกัดกิน และมีการเจริญเติบโตแบบ (complete metamorphosis)
