Nepenthes reinwardtiana เป็นต้นหม้อข้าวหม้อแกงลิงเขตร้อนที่เป็นพืชพื้นถิ่นบนเกาะบอร์เนียวและเกาะสุมาตรา และมีผู้พบพืชชนิดนี้จำนวนน้อยบนเกาะรอบ ๆ เช่น , ,นียัซ และ ถึงแม้ว่ามีข้อมูลบางส่วนรวมมาเลเซียตะวันตก และสิงคโปร์เข้าไปในขอบเขตนี้ด้วย แต่บันทึกเหล่านี้มีการบันทึกข้อมูลที่ผิดพลาด
