เอ็มทีวียุโรปมิวสิกอะวอดส์ (อังกฤษ: MTV Europe Music Awards) เป็นงานแจกรางวัลทางด้านดนตรีให้มิวสิกวิดีโอทางฝั่งยุโรป เริ่มจัดครั้งแรกในปี 1994 มีลักษณะรูปแบบคล้ายกับงานเอ็มทีวี วิดีโอ มิวสิก อวอร์ดส ไม่เหมือนทางฝั่งอเมริกาตรงที่พิจารณารางวัลจากมิวสิกวิดีโอที่ดีที่สุด ไม่เหมือนทางฝั่งอเมริกาที่มาจากการโหวด
